It has become increasingly clear that net zero climate goals cannot be reached without nuclear energy. Today, the inaugural World Nuclear Energy Day, people around the globe are continuing meaningful discussions about how nuclear energy can contribute to net-zero goals.
We know nuclear must be in the mix to reach net zero, and if we don’t produce our own, we will end up buying it and compromise the socio-economic benefits.
Today and every day, Creative Fire honours the strong Indigenous women, girls and 2SLGBTQ+ on our team, and within our families and communities. We also honour those who have been, and continue to be, taken away from us tragically and too soon, and join their families and communities in mourning their losses.
If brands want to commemorate the day without seeming like they’re capitalizing, it may require a degree of honesty and change they are uncomfortable with.
