During her tenure at the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation, Michelle demonstrated exceptional skill in addressing the multifaceted needs of stakeholders, cultivating trust through immersive and interactive learning experiences. Through her leadership, she spearheaded numerous province-wide initiatives centered on Indigenous Ways of Knowing, collaborating closely with Indigenous Elders, Knowledge Keepers, local communities, and educators. This collaboration not only enriched educational practices but also significantly improved learning outcomes for youth across Saskatchewan.
