Andie Marchand

Account Manager 

Andie Marchand is a proud member of Cold Lake First Nations and a passionate advocate for Indigenous education, inclusion, and community empowerment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Native Studies and a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Alberta.

With extensive experience in Indigenous relations and community engagement in the construction industry, Andie has supported the culturally responsive delivery of projects throughout Western Canada. Her work has focused on fostering meaningful relationships between organizations and Indigenous communities, advancing inclusive practices, and supporting strategies grounded in respect, collaboration, and long-term community priorities.

Andie specializes in education, cultural awareness, and capacity-building initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for Indigenous peoples and strengthen understanding across industries and communities.
