Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for TAS Impact
Core deliverables
• Recommendations report on initial draft RAP
• “What we heard” report
• Revised RAP
Challenge
TAS Impact needed to ensure that their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) accurately reflected Indigenous perspectives and worldviews. The organization turned to Creative Fire to conduct an in-depth review of a draft version and to lead internal and external engagements with stakeholders and Rights Holders in the real estate industry. The goal was to create a plan that strengthened social connections and relationships between TAS and Indigenous communities, while setting clear, actionable commitments for the organization.
Impact
The final RAP is now a strategic, public-facing document that transparently communicates TAS’s efforts, outlines clear goals, and sets a foundation for building meaningful, ongoing relationships with Indigenous Peoples. It also details how the plan will be governed and updated to remain relevant and impactful.
