Ronald McDonald House
For families dealing with a sick child away from home, small comforts can make a big difference. Ronald McDonald House provides a comfortable space, friendly faces and sometimes a warm chocolate chip cookie. We helped our local RMH develop the case for support to raise money to expand the house and continue to work with them today.
We think the best way to deliver broad-based support to community organizations is…the United Way. And when the United Way chose to honour Creative Fire’s Bill Peterson for his longstanding support, we rolled up our sleeves to plan and execute a gala that helped raise $275,000 for the United Way’s 2014 Capital Campaign.
Wanuskewin Heritage Park
For thousands of years, Indigenous people have travelled to the Opimihaw Valley for food, shelter and survival, creating a local treasure that holds spiritual, cultural and historical significance. We’re working with Wanuskewin to ensure it receives the attention and funding required to recognize a heritage site that is Western Canada’s equivalent of old Rome.
