The seats of Government in both Ottawa and Regina have, for far too long, ignored the voices of our people and communities. And far too often we are marginalized, stereotyped, discriminated against, judged or simply ignored.
To change that, we need to participate and influence policy, regulation and legislation at every level in this country.
The blame runs both ways on this issue. We cannot expect public policy decision makers to pay attention to us if we don’t pay attention to them.
We need to participate in the democratic processes of Saskatchewan and Canada. If we want better conditions, we have to do something about it.
As I mentioned before, I am not endorsing any one party. I am sharing some of the reasons why we should vote.
